Sapphire Catering is located at The University of Newcastle on the Callaghan campus (20 minutes from the city centre), situated on 140 hectares of magnificent natural bush land and is easily accessible from the freeway.

We service a range of meeting, event and conference facilities, hosting between 10 and 1200 delegates. Our premium caterers based on campus offer a range of exquisite menus which change seasonally.
