Placement of an order on the website does not guarantee service. Service will be confirmed to you once all details of your order has been reviewed and confirmed by our operational staff. Service is confirmed on issuing an invoice.


PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For Callaghan Campus on-campus deliveries, payment is due prior to delivery of your food. Payment can be made via secure Paypal payment facility on our website, or pay by credit card over the phone.

If your order is over $1,000 a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 7 days prior to delivery of your food. Payment can be made by direct deposit or pay by credit card over the phone.

CANCELLATIONS

Written notice had to be deliveried to Sapphire Catering Services for cancellations, via Email: sapphire@sapphirecatering.com.au.

Orders under $1,000 can be cancelled up to 3pm on the previous working day. Orders cancelled after this time will be invoiced in full.

Orders of over $1,000 cancelled within 7 days but by 3pm on the day prior to your event will forfeit the 50% deposit. Orders cancelled after this time will be invoiced in full.
